Our Story
032Q was founded by people who had spent years inside the financial operations of ad agencies and businesses, handling billing, managing AR, resolving discrepancies, and dealing with the real, messy side of getting clients to actually pay.
What we kept seeing was the same problem across different companies: the billing and collections function was either understaffed, poorly documented, or handed off to someone who didn't have the specialized knowledge to handle it well. Invoices went out late. Discrepancies sat unresolved for months. Clients figured out that if they waited long enough, the agency would give up.
We built 032Q to fill that gap, to be the team that agencies and small businesses can hand their financial operations to and trust that it's being handled properly, professionally, and with full accountability.
